Our Care Approach
Every Solvine engagement begins with a consultation. We speak with the family, understand the individual's daily patterns, health circumstances, and personal preferences, and develop a written care plan before the first visit. That plan shapes everything that follows — and we revisit it whenever circumstances change.
Initial Consultation
We speak with the family to understand the situation honestly — what's needed now, what may be needed later, and what the individual values most.
Caregiver Matching
We select a caregiver whose personality, experience, and availability align well with the client — and we explain why we think the match will work.
Ongoing Review
We check in with families regularly and review care plans when circumstances shift. Nothing about our service is set-and-forgotten.
Service 01
Morning & Evening Routine Help
Focused care visits designed around the two most important moments of the day — waking up and settling in for the night. A trained aide arrives to help with bathing, dressing, grooming, breakfast, and gentle mobility exercises in the morning. In the evening, they assist with dinner preparation, nighttime hygiene, medication reminders, and comfortable settling into the evening.
These structured visits give families confidence that their loved one starts and ends each day with proper attention and care, even when family members cannot be present at those hours.

Household & Meal Support
A practical care service centred on keeping the home clean, organised, and the individual well-fed. This includes light housekeeping, laundry, dishwashing, grocery preparation, and cooking of nutritious, age-appropriate meals tailored to dietary preferences and needs.
The aide works unobtrusively within the household rhythm, respecting the senior's space and habits. Scheduling is flexible — from a few visits per week to a daily presence — making it adaptable to a wide range of situations.

Personalised Full-Day Care
A complete daily care programme built around the individual's unique needs, preferences, and schedule. A designated caregiver provides assistance with all personal care tasks, medication oversight, meal preparation, light housework, accompanied outings, and meaningful engagement throughout the day.
The care plan is developed with the family and reviewed periodically to reflect any changes. This service places strong emphasis on consistency — the same familiar face each day — and on maintaining the individual's dignity, independence, and comfort in their own home.
