Three Ways We Can Help — Find the Right One

Solvine offers three service levels, each built around a real daily care scenario. Understanding what each covers will help your family choose with confidence.

How We Work

Our Care Approach

Every Solvine engagement begins with a consultation. We speak with the family, understand the individual's daily patterns, health circumstances, and personal preferences, and develop a written care plan before the first visit. That plan shapes everything that follows — and we revisit it whenever circumstances change.

1

Initial Consultation

We speak with the family to understand the situation honestly — what's needed now, what may be needed later, and what the individual values most.

2

Caregiver Matching

We select a caregiver whose personality, experience, and availability align well with the client — and we explain why we think the match will work.

3

Ongoing Review

We check in with families regularly and review care plans when circumstances shift. Nothing about our service is set-and-forgotten.

Morning and evening routine care

Service 01

Morning & Evening Routine Help

Focused care visits designed around the two most important moments of the day — waking up and settling in for the night. A trained aide arrives to help with bathing, dressing, grooming, breakfast, and gentle mobility exercises in the morning. In the evening, they assist with dinner preparation, nighttime hygiene, medication reminders, and comfortable settling into the evening.

These structured visits give families confidence that their loved one starts and ends each day with proper attention and care, even when family members cannot be present at those hours.

  • Morning bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Breakfast preparation and morning mobility
  • Evening dinner and nighttime hygiene support
  • Medication reminder at both visit points

Service 02

Household & Meal Support

A practical care service centred on keeping the home clean, organised, and the individual well-fed. This includes light housekeeping, laundry, dishwashing, grocery preparation, and cooking of nutritious, age-appropriate meals tailored to dietary preferences and needs.

The aide works unobtrusively within the household rhythm, respecting the senior's space and habits. Scheduling is flexible — from a few visits per week to a daily presence — making it adaptable to a wide range of situations.

  • Cooking and age-appropriate meal planning
  • Grocery preparation and light shopping assistance
  • Light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying

Personalised Full-Day Care

A complete daily care programme built around the individual's unique needs, preferences, and schedule. A designated caregiver provides assistance with all personal care tasks, medication oversight, meal preparation, light housework, accompanied outings, and meaningful engagement throughout the day.

The care plan is developed with the family and reviewed periodically to reflect any changes. This service places strong emphasis on consistency — the same familiar face each day — and on maintaining the individual's dignity, independence, and comfort in their own home.

Across All Services

Standards We Apply Across Every Service

Privacy & Discretion

Caregivers are bound by confidentiality agreements. What happens in your home stays within the care relationship.

Quality Feedback Loop

We check in with families after initial weeks and periodically thereafter. Concerns are addressed, not filed away.

Emergency Awareness

All caregivers are trained in basic emergency response and know how to contact family members and relevant services promptly.

Documented Visit Records

Every visit produces a brief record available to the family — what was done, anything of note, and how the person seemed that day.

Flexible Adjustments

If something in the routine isn't working, we adjust. No rigid adherence to original plans when circumstances make a change clearly sensible.

Respectful Communication

We speak plainly with families — about what is working, what isn't, and what changes might be worth considering. No vague reassurances.

Not Sure Which Service Fits?

A short conversation is often the clearest way to figure it out. We'll ask a few questions and give you an honest recommendation.
